Meet Carol Ford 50, who shares her inspirational story of how she went from being overweight, inactive and unhappy to motivated, confident, driven and excited about her future. Carol turned 50 in January and was determined to be in the best shape physically & mentally that she could be before her 50th. Changing her attitude to exercise, transforming her eating habits and consistently setting new challenges and goals has improved Carols quality of life no end. Cycling, running, swimming, trampolining, gym, weights, circuits, HIIT and more “giving it a go” has given Carol a new lease of life.
