Join in June with Jason from Ergo Fitness ‪doing a parallettes class.

Great for strength and balance. I definitely have to work on my flexibility though.

I have definitely been put out on my comfort zone doing all these classes but it’s great to see what inspires and motivates people.

If you enjoy it then you should do it!
If you avoid it you will never know.
If you want it then you have to go for it.
If you like it then smile!!
