This was a fab running group, Mole Valley Fitness.
Women of all abilities and all reasons for being there. This like lots of groups I have met are there to support not only the physical well-being but also the mental well-being.
We had a long run in a beautiful area of Leatherhead. A great part of the session was doing a tag run. One slower and one faster runner both running in the opposite direction on a circular route. When you meet up tag each other and turn around.
This way both runners work as hard as each other. So if you are in the area and want to get into running, get fitter or have friendly support look them up.
