Kelly takes part in the Goatham’s Great Kent Cycle Ride

Had a fab day today taking part in day one of the Goatham’s Great Kent Cycle Ride in support of two great charities Kent Sports Trust and Help for Heroes Official. 70 miles is more than I have done years so I am chuffed with that. My legs are busted as I say at the end of the video. Cycling around Kent has reaffirmed my love for the country but also shown me we should really remember to look up sometimes in life and appreciate any opportunity we get. There was a great bunch of men and women of different ages and abilities and that’s what made it special. So as some of you know my Join in June campaign is still going as I finish off the shout outs in the next week but now to keep with my monthly tradition I am doing Jump in July. This month I will be jumping in to running and cycling events, sharing my training and basically having fun and keeping fit. This ride was the first, watch this space for the next.
