Upper body and core session with Chris at Better Body Group, Sevenoaks.

Legs were a bit tired so left them alone!! I do two strength sessions a week as I think it’s important for me to keep that going especially when I am upping my running.

Bent over row – 4×10
Incline bench press – 4×10
Bosu ball press ups in to mountain climbers – 4x 1/2, 2/4, 3/6, 4/8, 5/10 and reverse
Pull ups – 4×8
Swiss ball dead bug – 4×10
Negative pull up – 3 x count of 10 down
Battle rope variations – 50/40/30/20/10 reps of each
