Really short piece from today’s parkrun at Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa. No running footage as my buddy James was not with me. But pretty chuffed with my 90.34% age group grade and a PB by 35 seconds.

Here I turned up at Exeter parkrun. There were 306 runners and even fellow Olympian James Cracknell was there volunteering. I didn’t have my buddy James there with me, so only a little bit of running footage.
Lee-on-the-Solent parkrun, wow! The turn out was incredible and the the atmosphere electric. I didn’t run for a time as I just joined in and had a lot of fun. An hour of photos tired my smiling cheeks out
This session was 10 hill reps with a relaxed jog recovery to the bottom before turning straight back round and going again. Drive up the hill, use your arms, shorten your stride and go! Hills are a good form
