Running Masterclass with Activelife by Daman

Had a great time taking a Running Masterclass with Activelife by Daman. Have to admit I put them through their paces for the 90 minute session. Running drills are a fantastic way of improving posture, breathing control, speed, coordination, explosive power, strength, form and endurance. The list goes on. I’m thinking of doing a mass drills session one day. Would be good to know if people would be interested?
